The Thursday afterwork HIIT class. 40 minutes of pain for a lot of gain, delivered by our very own PT and ex-Barr-barian Nathalie Babington.
4/8 Tough Mudder
Already booked for next year, this one is fast becoming an annual fixture – and definitely the “funnest” way to spend a Sunday morning!
5/8 Go Karting
Faster than digger or dumper driving and more adrenalin-fuelled than a pub night. A chance to blow a few cobwebs away!
6/8 Pub Drinks
Sometimes it is great to just catch up for a relaxed afterwork drink or two.
7/8 Bowling & Pizza
Smells like team spirit! Another chance for some healthy competition!

There is a 10-year-old in us all and sometimes they just want to win.
Team BG Tough Mudder
The great thing about a Tough Mudder is that it takes everyone pulling together to get through it, and absolutely everyone brings something to the party. Barr Group had the perfect combination – some brought agility, some strength, some offered strategic thinking and clever tactics, others camaraderie and team spirit – the sum of which was a TOTALLY BRILLIANT team! Now, only two days later (we are still aching!) we are all ready to book again for next year!
