Where design professionals have licence to take mixed materials cabinetry to another level.



WALMER CASTLE, LONDON
As part of a full renovation of Notting Hill’s iconic Walmer Castle by Isabella Worsley Ltd., Barr Joinery were commissioned to manufacture and fit a bespoke wine wall and waiters’ station for the first-floor restaurant. Pieces were made from solid oak and stained for a specified dark wood finish, with ogee edge detailing and antique brass ironmongery, with a honed black slate top to the waiter station.


GENTLEMANS DRESSING ROOM
Designed by Rachele Bowley of Last Interior Design, this carefully curated space included an individually hand-crafted gentleman's grooming drawer, a pull-out mini-bar and a retro DJ station, as well as bespoke shelving and hanging space. The solid oak frame is accessorised with brass trims and ironmongery, ebony stained edging and upholstered cabinet linings.






ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS
The renovation of the restaurant and bar area for this iconic institution Abbey Road Studios, was to the design specification of Shaun Clarkson ID. Made-to-measure cabinetry and furnishings included an array of lit, bespoke display cabinets and functional catering pieces. A striking oak patterned bar front with copper fixings was reflected in made to measure tabletops with copper trims.
