Pembrooke Manor
Oxfordshire
PROJECT TYPE: Whole-House Cabinetry
INTERIOR DESIGNER: Louise Holt Design
OVERVIEW: Bespoke whole-house cabinetry at Pembrooke Manor, designed to meet the requirements of a family countryside retreat, as well as for grown-up weekend entertaining. Pieces range from simple storage cabinetry and bespoke bedroom furnishings to luxurious dining room elegance.

Boot Room
A bank of classic in-frame Shaker cabinetry, with a bespoke moulding and simple topped cornice, provides ample cloak and boot storage for family and guests alike. Simple elegant lines, walnut internals and brass ironmongery make this piece.

BAR
Made-to-measure wine storage and bar cabinetry spans two walls of the property’s grown-up dining space. A flat-edged, stripped back composition lends itself to integrated mixed materials (brass and marble) and bespoke lighting. The cabinetry is manufactured from sustainably sourced European oak, stained to blend with the multi-tonal herringbone flooring, and complemented by antiqued brass knobs and lattice grill panels. The lighting design by John Cullen includes carefully positioned LED strips, miniature downlights and decorative brass wall lamps.
